An integrated cement plant justifies a multi-week assessment. A concrete batch plant does not, and does not need one. The aggregates assessment is a template applied per site in a day or less, producing the same inventory fields everywhere so the fleet can finally be seen as one network.

01Four things per site, every site: The batch controller or plant PLC, the scale or weighbridge system, the dispatch and ticketing link, and the office network they share. For each: make, model, firmware, support status, who reaches it remotely, and what separates it from the internet.
02Sequenced by volume, not geography: The busiest batch plants and the primary quarry are assessed first, because that is where an outage costs the most tickets. Seasonal and standby plants come last or on reactivation.
