Self-assessment
Most cement and mining operators we assess start between Blind and Aware. This questionnaire places your plant on the same four-stage model the State of OT report uses, and scores each of the five Cement & Mining OT Baseline controls separately, because the baseline is ordered: you cannot segment what you have not mapped, or map what you have not inventoried.
